John C. Melching, Jr. -President / CEO-

Prior to becoming President of American Architectural, Inc. served as Operations Manager of Coordinated Metals, Inc. from 1992-1997 and Eastern Architectural Systems, Inc. from 1986-1992. Graduate of University of Texas, Honor Society with a degree in Architectural Engineering. Honorable discharge from the U.S. Air Force. Member of ASPE, TSPE, CSI and AGC.


   
Robert Mathews -Director of Operations-

Interfaces daily with clients and office personnel. 20 years of hands on construction experience. Graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Drexel University and selected as a recipient of the Senior First Honors in Construction Management.
   
Karl Melching –Head of Engineering-

Direct hands on management of American Architectural’s engineering division. Prior experience of over 40 years in all phases of architectural metalwork including drafting, estimating, production and field supervision. Honorable discharge from U.S. Army.
